Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of the order can be done within 2 days of placing the order. Once the order is shipped it can’t be cancelled. Since the product will be with courier it will be on its own auto process of clearance at the airports. As you are aware currently we process only prepaid orders which means you have agreed to buy the same and ask to dispatch the same. Once the product reaches your doorstep we assume you will accept the same. We don't have return services as of now but will introduce it at the earliest. Currently on an exceptional case to case basis refund is given i.e. if the product is delivered in damaged condition or it is delayed abnormally or lost in transit.
Food items are procured fresh by us from the reputed outlets as mentioned on our website, we believe that the packed items by the outlets are packed correctly by the vendor. Products are directly purchased by us in India and is shipped to your destination country after checking the ordered items correctness at multiple stages, however there might be a rare chance when you when you receive
a wrong product, for such case shopindiacart is 100% liable to either ship the right product to you or to give 100% refund as per your wish. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@shopindiacart.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Though
we use the best courier to ship your goods, still there might be a transit loss or missing of the parcel in the
delivery process. We suggest you take the transit insurance which protects the product in unforeseen cases
